Does anyone know where the closest (by which I mean cheapest flight) from Sydney in which I can get guarenteed winds most days. I wanna go on holidays for about 1.5-2 weeks, and would love if i could squeeze in 5 hours of kiting a day....

My thoughts are, Vietnam, Hawaii. Any other suggestions??? What about Fiji? I don't want crowded, but then again I would like some people around as I get freaked out kiting alone.

A bonus would be some surfing, diving/snorkelling and cheap :)
