Couple of us are thining of heading down albany way this weekend as the wind looks good , any locals willing to pm a few spots that will work in a NE wind ?

Would be really grateful and will keep the spots quiet :P

can you kite in king george sound towards the western end where it is shallow ?

BOM forecasting 15/20kts SE up to 20/30.

Windguru showing E - S/E winds all day
www.windguru.cz/208619

Last two times I have been there seabreeze has been wrong.

plus last time I was there seabreeze said 10-15kts and it didnt drop below 25kts for the next 72 hours.

but maybe im just being optimistic as I dont have a choice of going anywhere better

Albany is good on Easterlies
Kite surfing on the harbor is fun and there are normally 3 or 4 local kite surfers.

Ask the local kiters about the rules, apparently Sundays you shouldn't kite surf around the yacht club.
Guess how I learned that!
