Yeah I hear from the worst kitesurfing DVD ever conceived by man (Next by Tronolone) that Extreme hotel in Cabarete is the place to go...pretty cheap I understand and has all the facilities for kitesurfers--downwind pickups, skate ramps, etc.

What I dont understand is why no one answered this guy? Whats wrong with you guys? You're willing to go to the cocos or fiji but not anywhere near panama?? Watch this vid to check some of the conditions its gnarly! Susi Mai and Adam Koch FTW.

Avoid Cabarete end October, November as this is the rainy season when the wind drops off.

Encuentro 10 mins to the West is an awesome surf beach with rentals.

La Boca to the East is a river mouth for super flat water.

Keep your wits about you at night as some of the local ladies will be out to secure a financial deal!

Caribbean has the best holiday vibe and certainly Cabarete is cheap as.

That chick is Susi Mai, but yes she is hot.
