I did a search and got heaps of results Knot what I wanted
I have a knot in my 5th line and it is really tight.
Should I leave it in ?
If knot how should i get it out without hurting line?

yes you should remove the knot.
According to my rope tying book, a knot diminishes line strength by almost 30%!
You may have to use a hammer or something hard but smooth to flatten the knot to loosen it.
Happens to all kiters sooner or later. No Dramas

you can work out the most difficult of knots by wetting the line and gradually pulling it apart. it can take some time, so works best in front of the TV with a beer. chew it if you have to....

chew it with lots of spit, it makes it heaps easier.
u get that great salty taste too!!

I've always used 2 sets of small needle nosed pliers. Gets them undone in a couple of seconds. They also make it alot easier to adjust or change your chicken loop.

alternate between chewing for 1 minute and dunking in hot water. Should have it out in a couple of minutes

Chewed up spat out pulled apart with pliers thanks guys it worked well until next time

i used a skewer for my knot, it wasn't too sharp
