Thats pretty funny. The carnage in the background is gold. I thought the ones that bailed out mid jump were the best. "Screw this, im outta here!!!".

Quite impressive considering the number of different moves being pulled off, foward loops being the main one.
I kite and sail and forward loops are one of the harder things I've had to learn. Looping is what keeps me sailing, nothing quite like it with a kite, nothing I've experienced yet anyway but I'm only and intermediate kiter and heaps more to learn.

I would have loved to have seen a kiter come through and really show them how it is done. Like bees to honey is probably a nicer way of saying it. Did not see too many land it either. Made me smile for the morning though. Cheers

Ned settle down. Maybe say something constructive or relevant? Instead of abusing other people.

eh dim sim, the intent of the original quote would appear to ridicule these poleys for enjoying themselves doing their thing! Why be so negative about dudes doing it their way?

Erm... maybe on planet Lammo!?

Like pole boarding lemmings really. Only 2 or maybe 3 gumbies actually landed (or even tried to) the effort!

Ha ha ha - next time there is a questio posted like "Should I forget sailboarding and take up kiting?", this should be shown as affirmation.

Still as long as they are diggin it.. sure would have been entertaining for anyone with co-ordination that was watching.

How many kiter's land their "rad" moves on a regular basis? On planetgetfunky, it seems that you can attempt your first backroll or frontroll, kiteloop or even waterstart, if and ONLY if you know you will succeed. So much for giving it a go regardless of what others think hey?

How many of you"crits" have actually tried a forward roll/loop on a windsurfer?
Non issue on a kite. Different story on a windsurfer.

Lighten up geezer.. I am sure they were having fun (and that is great for them) I just couldn't help but notice how few were even trying to land, what I am sure is a pretty tricky manouvre. They did appear like over-keen lemmings all flinging off a wake, that is observation not criticism matee.

Of course everything is easy on planet getfunky and there are always buxom lasses to help pack away my kite and pop an ice cold beer into my hand after a perfect session. BTW, sorry geezer, but planet getfunky is totally booked out this season and please observe there are strictly no lemmings allowed.
