Can anyone help me? I have lost my instruction sheet to my trainer, I bought it a couple years back and used it a few times then had a motorcycle accident. Now I want to start using it again and have forgot how to hook the bar up properly. If you have the instructions maybe you could scan the part I need and send me an e-mail with it. I REALLY would appreciate any help you could offer.

I will see what I can find, I'm pretty sure I have that manual here somewhere.

I don't have the instruction sheet anymore but you don't really need it. The lines and leash should already be attached to the bar when you bought it. Kite flies OK in winds from 8-20 kts.
To setup: Put the bar down on the ground with the leash on the left (while you are facing down wind), Then run the lines out directly downwind. Lie the kite on it's back (open cells furthest away from the bar) and attach the lines to the knots in the bridle (using the loops in the flying lines). Go back to the bar, attach the leash to your wrist, and give the bar a good jerk upwind and that is it -the kite should be flying. If you get into trouble just let go of the bar.

Thanks for the reply, I can get it hooked up and pretty much know how to fly it but I thnk maybe I am missing something on the bar to hook up my lines with. That is why I was wanting to take a peak at the original instructions. Are the 2 hand straps that came with it used for anything? What are the 2 lines on each side of the bar for? they do not have any loops on them. Thanks again!

Thanks for your help, a very nice lady at Kiteboarding.com is going to make a copy and send it to me. Thanks again for trying to help! I hope to get in the snow this winter and get the hang of this thing.
