I lost my new toy at Kurnell yesterday. '05 Underground FLX128. Green. How sad to watch it drifting upwind in the current as I am drifting downwind with my kite! I have tried the leash and kneecapped myself pretty badly on the recoil. Which is worse? Please call Andrew on 0403 234 491 when it washes up!
p.s paddled around Quibray Bay on a ski to look for it and ran aground about 20 times on large rocks covered with oysters. They are 40ft out front of all mangroves. You dont want to go anywhere near that!

thats really arse.
Ive been out to kurnell a couple of times. but luck has always been on my side and the wind has died/changed as i arrived.
I have no desire to kite there, but when im desperate i know i will.
and to loose such a nice board. I hope someone in the crew picks it up and returns it. drool. my 2004 143 has bee treating me well in the light winds. and the ~130 will be next purchase.
i snapped my reel leash a few months back when i was out and couldnt come in cause the wind had come up too much. probably the best thing that has happened to me. Although i dread kiting at dolls etc.
maybe attach a gps transmitter between the feet :)
