LOST BOARD
I'm hoping someone may spot my board floating in the waters on the Gold Coast or the Pacific Ocean.
My board floated away on the tide off Shearwater Park - Runaway Bay on Tuesday 13th November. It's a Liquid Force 136cm - red and white with a skull graphic and white and grey foot straps.
I had intended to put my phone number on it that day but in my haste to get out on the water I forgot so it's my fault if I don't get it back but I would appreciate if anyone finds it to give me a call on 0410 786643.
I'm now living in Sydney so will organise it's transport home if I'm lucky enough to get it back.
Here's hoping......

I'll keep an eye out for it up here.
It'll have to come through Cyclone Guba first though - so may do a few cycles round the Pacific first.
That's a bummer losing a board. At least you have a slim chance of getting it back though.
Up here if you lose a board you just know it is going to end up strapped to someones arm as a lightweight shield in the next tribal fight. Either that or a great new fish cleaning table, complete with optioned-up gut slicing fin attachments.
I can just see the next royal family member visiting a remote PNG village and being treated to a costumed warrior dance with a bright yellow 144 Hammer strapped to his arm and wearing a new brand new pair of Airush Autofit footstrap "warrior sandles"

Damn ..... The dreaded Shearwater Kite Gobbler.
Probably the biggest devourer of boards on the Gold Coast. Tide runs in and out pretty quick there. I know of at least 6 boards that have escaped there this year.
I have always been thinking about a trip over to crab island to look in amongst the mangroves. I am sure there would be a stack of equipment lodged there.
WIll alert the crew for you and report if anyone has seen your board.
Good Luck.
