HELLO, DOES ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT KITESURFING ON MANLY BEACH??????HOW IS THE WIND FREQUENCY AND POWER IN SYDNEY???
I HAVE A 13M SIZE WITH ME AND I DONT KNOW IF I ASK FOR EITHER A 9/11M OR A 16M???
DOES ANYONE CAN HELP ME???

p.s. - I HAVE NO TIME TO CHECK THE WIND THERE, IM STILL IN BRISBANE AT THE MOMENT. THE KITE IS COMING FROM BRAZIL AND I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONLY ONE, SO...

hmm depend's wethere u want to get out in more light winds.. or more strong winds.. if it were me i'd got for the 9m

You kite size will depend on your weight / experience. Most kites I have seen in the air in Sydney range from 10m - 18m. Depends if you want to kite in heavier or lighter winds...

Manly Beach is not the best location to kite, check http://www.nswkba.com.au for a list of suitable locations. When you arrive, look for kites in the sky around Long Reef or Narrabeen and ask a local about where to kite.

KITING IS BANNED AT MANLY BEACH
Has been for years. You won't even get it inflated during the day, the lifeguards will be onto you as soon as they make out that it is a kite.
The most used kite in the sydney area is a 12 - 14m c SHAPED OR a 10 - 12M Bow style.
