I was considering taking my run about quintrex to
Mandurah estuary with a few mates and go kiting. Huge areas of flat water. Are their any regulations regarding where you are allowed to kiteon the estuary? Finding a place to rig may be tricky , but their are plenty of sand bars around . Crabbing and kiting hey!
