Hey where on earth (literally) is a good place to kite for the month of may? anyone with any info would be great, wildest, remotest, furthest out best!

The town of Cabarete (N.Coast of Dominican Republic, in the Caribbean). A small tribe of Aussies are there, plenty of Europeans, and a flock of kite pro's too.
Last May, 75% of days were kite-worthy (see www.windsofcabarete.com for all the info you'd want).
