This guy does a great job at explaining and comparing High v VS Low V which is what you should be mainly concerned about. Pretty sure that video was already posted on this forum.
Personally, I don't recommend you mix those up. Kites were designed to perform at their best either on a High V bar or Low V bar. If both kites you want to fly on the same bar were designed for Low V then it will be fine with a low V bar like a slingshot bar. However, I'm pretty sure Core, North (pre 2018) and F-one all use high V configurations. North post 2019 uses low V.
Yes you may need to switch pigtails around or just buy universal connectors that can be used either as a larks head or pigtials such as the one on this bar
