... man it must be the month to see sharks while kiting..!

Just last weekend cruising offshore I practically ran over a 6 maybe 7 foot hammer head shark. I must have suprised it as I nearly clipped it as it was coming up to the surface, it turned really fast heading deeper, causing a little splash, but by then I ran right over it but not fast enough that I could see its eye.

I kited another hour looking for any more sharks but nothing.

Last year I spotted 2 tiger sharks the year before, same thing, suprising the animal and both of us taking off scared.

Anyway, that's my once a year little scare!

i think you are trying to tell us how brave you are, rather than scared...

wasn't sure I actually saw it due to hang over crazy eyes you can only get from a 3 course meal of beer then more beer then burbon with a dash of coke!!! I had one hell of a hang over so I wasn't paying too much attention so when the big T looking thing came up, it gave this 120 kg pussy a scare for a nano second!!!

By the way skiddz, your old man was about 100 m away when I saw it. When I yelled out, he had no idea what the hell I was talking about, so I carried on as if nothing was going on. Why disturb the peace and worry anyone, not gunna stop us anyway!!!!!!!!
