no notice but advice for the unsuspecting (ref guy trying to help a kiter got wrapped up with kite strings and koppers log and was dragged backwards across carpark - aka capt ahab in moby dick)
Have seen a few ugly instances of the unsuspecting trying to help.
sellers of kites should advise buyers that until youve had lessons it can be an ugly nightmare in the wrong hands.
