Hey guys planning a road trip from Sydney to Surfers Paradise along the tourist ocean drive with the family, mid April, can anyone tell me what kind of weather to expect at that time of year? Cheers

Genrally April is one of our less windy months, the summer season is over by mid to late March and the winter gales have not yet kick in.
You will most likely get about 2 days a week of wind, mostly light with the occasional strong southerly.
The rest of the family will like the weather as it is mostly sunny and quite pleasant
