Hi to all the crew that posted to this forum topic. I wanted to let you know that the kite is being repaired under warranty. Glen from Xshore, as always, provided excellent service and got things underway as soon as the kite arrived. JB had already contacted me through this forum in regards to the problems I was having. The whole thing was sorted in a day and the kite should be back from the repairer soon. Its easy to critisize people when things go wrong but its also important to recognise people who go out of their way to fix problems when they happen. Thanks to Glen and the Xshore crew for their excellent service (as always) and JB for his concerns about getting the kite assessed and back to me as soon as possible.
