Title: Naish Phoenix 9m (2023) incredibly slow, heavy, backstalling and zero hangtime – Need help!
Body:
Hi everyone,
I need some advice regarding a 2023 Naish Phoenix 9m. A friend and I are struggling with this kite, and it feels completely wrong.
Here are the main issues:
Severe backstalling / stalling (even after checking with the local distributor). Super slow and heavy bar pressure/turning speed. Almost zero hangtime during jumps.
What we have tried so far:
Consulted the local Naish distributor (they checked it, but nothing changed). Lengthened/loosened the steering lines (back lines). Moved the pigtails to the "fast" setting on the kite tips.
Despite all this, the kite still flies sluggishly, stalls easily, and performs terribly. Has anyone experienced this with the 2023 Phoenix 9m? Is there a known tuning issue, bridle defect, or specific line-length mismatch with the bar (Naish Torque bar)?
Any advice or tuning tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Bridles do stretch/shrink overtime see if you can get the measurement and check that they are all correct.
The Naish website is terrible.
