Losing kite days due to equipment downtime ?
Waiting for a kite repair or a board to be fixed ?
Bummer.
Frustrating isn't it ?
Don't stress, there is a solution.
Try the slave 'greed is good' kitesurfing method.
First off, to keep it affordable, stick to the minimum gear bundle.
Mine is;
Kite quiver = 2 kites
Board = 1 twiny
Bar & Lines = 1 custom
NOW, just clone everything.
That means having a spare kite quiver and bar, and a spare replica board.
(The number 2 stuff can be second-hand if you wish to be cheap).
OK, when something fails or is lost, just pull out the spare.
Simple. Never off the water.
Have a nice kite,

Makes my 6 kite, 3 board, 2 harness, 2 bar, 3 sets of lines setup sound almost justifiable

alternatively just work at a shop, then the "Demo gear" becomes much more accessible!
