Yep. Quite a few guys I know are using the 07 bar on the 06'Waroos.

STIFFY DISC:
Designed for unhooking, the 07 bar has an integral ‘stiffy-disc’ situated on the depower line between the top of the chicken loop and the underside of the bar. When a rider unhooks the bar is pulled flush with the ‘stiffy-disc’ locking the Chickenloop in place so that it neither rotates or wobbles, meaning that your Chickenloop remains fixed to the underside of the bar and is always aligned with the bar facilitating much easier.
STOPPER BALL:
The dual-depower line allows us to equip the 07 bar with a new stopper ball; the stopper is positioned by hand and binds onto both depower ropes when you slide the bar against it. You can now customize your maximum bar throw to suit your riding preference whilst still benefiting from the Waroo’s exceptional safety. Any rider can punch through the stopper ball, yet it holds the bar in place securely for unspinning.
HANDLEPASS LEASH COMPATIBLE:
Our new chicken loop comes ready fitted with a bypass leash attachment point, when you drop the bar the depower lines are automatically pulled through the stopper ball; activating maximum depower.
DUAL LINE DEPOWER:
Twinned Vectran depower lines increase the legendary durability of the Waroo Bar package, with twice as much rope you get half as much wear, and that translates to more kiting time. Our new dual line depower set up makes unspinning your bar a dream.
EVA DIE CUT GRIP:
Pretty and tough, the perfect combination. Our new grip puts the padding where you need it most. with different front and back graphic you’ll never end up being ‘yarded’ by holding the bar back to front.
STRAIGHT PLATE:
Stiffening and reinforcing your Chickenloop our ‘new straight plate’ reduces any potential for stretching or deformation under high load. It makes hooking back in a breeze, when combined with our ‘stiffy-disc’ it makes hooking back in after wake style moves easier than with any other bar on the market.
HIGH LOAD THREE RING SWIVEL:
To make unspinning your lines even easier we’ve included a three ring marinized stainless steel high load swivel. Placed above the trim strap to maximize your effective bar travel and bring the trim strap closer to your body, there’s simply no better centre line swivel available
PULL-PULL TRIM STRAP:
Easy to reach and guaranteed not to slip our pull-pull trim strap has been improved with a new stainless eye ring that keeps everything pointing forwards even after a hard wipeout. When cleats on other bars have worn through our depower strap will still be working hard for you day after day.
