Well we just come back from New Cal great spot to kite on main island a bit desapointed regarding Isles of pines , you can not kite there, unless you go with your own boat ( or rental one) and in this case you can eventually kite on isolated spot as Nokanhui Motu ( little paradise) If you fly Noumea_Isles of pine luggage weight only 10kg + 3 kg (cabine) after they charge you!!!!
It's the same on Ouvea, Lifou and Mare Island. Just good to be informed if you plan to go !!!
