The kite itself is great but Naish Hawaii are going through some changes so to get an answer out of them for warranty is taking forever which is extremely frustrating, the zipper gave way on the leading edge and the bladder burst in the air like anything the octopus inflation is great but when it goes wrong its a bustard to fix and also those zippers are suspect as thats the third one thats gone on me, my 06 ravens two zipper struts also burst, so its like anything the more things you have on a kite the more can go wrong I wish they would get rid of the ocotopus inflation so it was easier to fix when it does go wrong.
But the kite itself is brilliant I just hope Naish get their **** together and sort out their warranty issues so I can get back on the water.
