WindsurfNsnow would like to invite you join us the Saturday 6th of January 2007 to celebrate the new year!
We’ve all been stoked with the wind condition since the beginning of the summer and we’ve all noticed the increasing number of kitesurfers in Sydney: we want to get a chance to meet all the newbies (as well as our old mates!) for a kitesurfing arvo.
Everybody has family commitment in this end of year and this is a chance to get to celebrate the new year on the water, get to know everyone and have fun.
We will bring along our demo gear for anyone to try as well as training kites and will end the afternoon with a BBQ... (and more if there's a party mood in the air...)
We’re considering organizing a big downwinder if the conditions are good, but this will depend on the response we get to this post: do let us know if you’re keen on joining us for a kitesurfer new year celebration!
We will keep you posted as the date’s getting closer: time and place will be decided depending on the weather, and if the Saturday doesn’t look good, we will pick another day.
Hoping to get some feedback and to see you the 6th of January, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Fingers crossed for the wind: new year doesn't look so hot at this stage... :-( Let's hope the 6th will make up for it!

Dear riders,
We wanted to organise something if there was enough interest, and we apologise to the 4 people who were keen (thanks for your replies!), but it's a bit hard for us to organise something decent for such a small amount of people.
If there's more interest in the future, we'd love to try to go out of our way to organise a decent gathering. Let us know what you'd be keen on doing, what sort of social -non commercial- event you'd be keen on attending and we will try to satisfy the demand.
In the meantime, we wish you all a great 2007 start!
The conditions tomorrow look great, so enjoy the north easter, we hope to meet you all eventually, in different ways than randomly or through our shop....
