Did anyone notice seabreeze just added this? I wonder where it is? - pretty good though because the north head wind-o-meter-o doesn't really tell you what's going on in the northern beaches.

If it's the same as last year it's at Fishermans Beach/Colaroy a couple blocks away from Windsurf n Snow. Went down when it was hit by lighting last year.

lies - everyone knows the Sydney northern beaches never have any wind...

Yes, it's a seabreeze.com.au wind meter. Thanks to Pete & friends for bunging it on their roof (at great personal risk of injury )

Did pete and co. get the cam working again?

There is 1 BOM station on the "Northern Beaches" (though it's useless) it's located somewhere up in Terry Hills.

Yep the wind meter is back running from fishermans however we're looking for a slightly better location with cleaner wind. (suggestions welcome)

if you want the cam up I'm sure we can sort it out, I'm sure we can get it posted up here too.
