This matter has been resolved.

If you need to know more, ask the guy on the beach enjoying every ounce out of his kite. Which guy is that, the one with the stunned smile (kinda looks like he was hit with a blunt object), because he won't forget the overwhelming service he got.

There is still time to buy a rebel....go to Windsurfing Perth They treat their customers incredibly well, and consequently aim to keep them for life.

Hi Guys,

Yep we stuffed up. We were expecting bars in our last shipments and they did not show. AZZA you are not a direct customer of mine as you have ordered and paid your deposit to Tony at Ral.

Infact half of Australia are waiting for bars from us and brings the attention to how well the kites are selling. We have had little drama this year at all with supply untill the past month as the season kicked here and the unanticipated massive demand for the Waroo's started to flow in. This trend has seen Best globally pushed to the limits of production, for one reason they are the best.

Again we want you to ride our product and we would like you to understand that we are doing everything possible get you your product asap.

regards
Joe

These kite companies are pretty dam sad..........the whole friggen bunch.

It's finally windy and you don't have a kite, buy local and hold your shop accountable. Try and save a few dollars on the web or some great deal maker somewhere and YOU LOSE!

If your kite trip is to Brisbane I have both size bars and most sizes for you to loan for free use while you are on your break.

All kite companys suck at stocking required product.

I ordered a harness the other day and was told it should be here in April!

Azz,
PS how could you possibly look to fly anything other than Frankenkite. I thought that was the one kite for all conditions

For future reference if it's on my website I've got it.
It ain't on there if I've not got it. And I've got enough bars to keep whole of Australia flying

Cheers

John

I was fulfilling a promise, of my next kite purchase, to my local kite dealer.

3500kms is local for me at the moment, a few months in a new offshore job doesn't make me a local in WA yet, especially when my daughter is over there (Vic).

I've been buying all the nic-nacs here though. Pump, leash, etc.

My next purchase will be here (WA)... maybe this week too, by the looks of things.

There is a say, I will remember all my life:
I am not so rich to afford to buy something cheap!!
And in kitesurfing equipment, this rule applies perfectly.
When you buy from a reputable manufacturer which is localy represented, you get a quality product backed by god service and support.

G'day John,

he was the "one kite for all conditions", but nowadays he's getting a tad threadbare and stretched. The poor old bugger is just past his prime! So it's time to put him out to pasture... actually, I was thinking of giving him a squirt with Old Spice and tossing him into a bag with a sweet little 11m foil, putting on some Barry White, and leaving them alone for a while... ya never know what we might end up with.

rgds,
AzzA

Azza, I'm with Poor Relli and Gruezi. Go down to Windsurfing Perth, Reg will look after you real good. You'll probably end up getting great gear (XBow 2 or Rebel) at a good price. See you on the weekend.

While you're waiting, try meditating.
sit legs crossed on a cold concrete floor.
Count backwards in ones from 1 trillion.

Should bring "pain in the arse" into perspective.

And hands off all you azza grabbers, he's a Country Vic born Kiter.

Go and whine on one of the bigger best pwned forums and get their well worn PR machine to kick into gear. Squeaky wheel gets the lubed hand. No doubt they'll claim to overnight airfreight it to you.

Maybe it's the medication, maybe it's the heat, maybe it's the pain... oh yes, it's the pain! Time for more medication

Move along folks, nothing to see in here.

Except a lot of very happy kiters!

Move along now.

uncle azza, you sure bleated and cried to get the end result.

and then caved in like a baby when you got your toy.

and changed your original posts.

integrity!

Greenleader,

my integrity is intact and your analogy is flawed.

A baby is not prepared to work long hours to achieve the goal of being able to purchase a toy, nor does it examine the technical aspects of construction (of the toy) to asses the longevity of serviceability, and it certainly would not bother choosing a colour that is intended for the amusement of its' fellow babies.

The baby merely looks at the toy, has an associative recognition to some previous comfort, and thinks "ME!"... which is about as simplistic as your view on the matter of my integrity.

Now go away, I already have one pain in the arse!
