I'm after the back line bridel, the one that connects to the wing in two place and has the pigtail attached, just wondering where I could get them from. Had a quick look online and couldn't find any. Mine are getting pretty worn where they attach to the kite. It's for an 11m sport.

Ozone are very good with replacement parts for old models, get in touch with your dealer or Kitepower.
You could also easily make some up with 3mm dyneema, they are just a pair of lines with loops at both ends, just tie a bowline at both ends, making sure that they are the same length as the originals.

Hi Beersy,

Ozone do sell bridle lines, but unfortunately it is the entire bridle set including front and rear bridles. Kitepower should be able to order a set for you, but as Tobes has mentioned, get some dyneema or bridle line and take it to your favourite kite repairer and ask them to sew the loops in each end to match the old lines. It will be 10 times faster and cheaper than waiting on original parts to come from Ozone.

Cheers,

KH

Cheers for that
I'll probably just order the whole set in case one of the others goes as well.

Send me your address and I'll post you some line to make your own. The pieces of line I send will have a sewn loop on one end, all you have to do is tie it off to the kite with a decent knot.
Or send a stamped and self addressed red plastic Postpak to ($4)
Kitepower - 302 The Grand Pde, Sans Souci, NSW 2219

The front bridle will las the life of the kite, no need to buy a spare set. Because the Ozones don't run pulleys the bridles are almost maintenance free.

Thanks for that. I just spoke to a bloke from your shop about ordering some new ones. I'll PM you.
