This coming summer season should be very interesting. Head-to-head heavyweights of twin skins. Vision from Ozone versus Peter Lynns new machine, due out later this year. Over the past few years tube kites have made some extremely good design advancements the reason being that there are so many brands with so many good design teams feeding off each other, also they have some of the best riders in the world to test their products. Peter Lynn has had to pioneer the closed cell sled design solar but now with a new player in the market pushing the boundaries the fun is just about to start. Both teams will undoubtedly learn from each other which will improve design. I have been involved with the Peter Lynn products for about 20 years. The one thing that has always been missing is the ability to finish a product which is just the opposite for ozone. I'm sure there will be many improvements in both brands over the next couple of years. That's not to say that at the moment both companies are producing some great kites, equal to anything on the market. One thing is for sure there will be a BIG winner out of all this. And that will be you and me the people that use the product. Better kites that's gotta be a good thing!! Can't wait to try out a vision

It certainly will be interesting…………….can’t wait.

Maybe will see a decent leap in performance in twin skin kites which will have all the pump-ups getting on board. The product is good already………however there is always room for improvement and hopefully they can have it on the shelf at the right time of the season as well.

Can't wait either. Been flying arcs for a while, now flysurfers and all sorts of other open foils. I've always wanted a flatter arc... now one is appearing. Should be good.

Vision... short spars, means it is less likey to break. Not as arc'ed as C shape arc, should be easier to relaunch. It's made by ozone, the construction will be bomb proof.

Interested to see what PLK brings out to combat the Ozone Vision.

Jan....just google ozone vision. No news on the PLK kite as yet..they are still testing and it is being kept hush hush and away from prying eyes....and cameras.

Unless Bob knows something???????

Cheers,

Barrie.
