ebay USA...cheap as!
Are you really suggesting he demo the kite at Neil's then go and buy one on ebay USA???

It does seem a bit rude, but hey, in WA (or actually the whole of OZ) we're asked to pay more than elsewhere - why? I can have a kite which costs $2000 here shipped to me for $1300 from elsewhere. Or get one on ebay for less. Why cant we inject some competition to lower prices in general?
didn't you just answer your question .We live in a global marketplace and if you don't want to pay 2 k you don't have to.That is competition and there is plenty of it!
too true, I missed highlighting the issue -
is it ethical to test something somewhere and buy it elsewhere? I was trying to say that I see no issue with it - test drive a new car somewhere then chase the best price in the market, all's good as far as I'm concerned.
