In the fourth photo ...you could swear it was Chewbacca

So the legend of the "Abominable Light Wind Kiter" is true. Legend has it that this kiting beast can kite in light winds as slow as 5 knots.
These are the first ever photos taken of the mysterious water creature. Or is it a hoax, maybe to draw "Abominable Kiter" spoters to Pt Henry.

Dont know the fellas name but he drives an old green van with a kitepower sticker on windscreen and I suppose it was blowing around 12 - 13 knots when I took those pics.

I have to admit that Pt Henry isnt the prettiest of places but if you are into speed sailing of any sort, whether its kite or windsurf, its not too bad a spot when the wind is up. Good place to learn too. Nice and shallow.
