you were in a perfect spot to capture people in the no tricks zone, had you stayed on later you might have seen the guy in the white helmet crash his kite on to cyclists watching from the path

Fully agree.
Pelican Point is dangerous and busy enough not to have people doing tricks in that narrow area.
