I pole and am learning to kite. The Rules Of The Sea are:
Those who are on a Starboard tack, have right of way over those who are on a Port tack.
This means that if your body is following your right arm (your right arm is leading), you have right of way.
If your body is following your left arm, you should give way.
These rules don?t work when there is danger of collision. If this is about to happen, avoid the collision at all costs.
