Was out windsurfing late yesterday. Started get pretty damn windy towards sunset. Was suprised to see there was a few kiters out, going for it and getting nailed. Then Darren stepped up to the mark. No flying at 12. He was fully commited, kite low, edgeing hard. Some jumps easy 40, maybe 50. Hard to tell when it gets that high. Good for you.

Who was on the 9m that needed to be held down to get his board on, then swung it across the window and gooooooorrrrrrnnnn.
Laughed as a couple of fellow windsurfers went to help, as first thought he was trying to get kite down He wasn't, and only wanted help to get cracking.
Watched him for a while, held his own in that stuff, as it was as washing machine as all buggery at the time.
