Looks like no advances on the planned start time from the web site - 12:30 at the earliest.

Wish there was a cam setup for all of us workers, we could have placed bets, would've been like the Melbourne Cup!!

Last I heard he was paying $1.01 for a win.

Well, no start as of 3:30 pm anyway - wind was hovering about 1km offshore. Someone tried to give their 16m a spin, eventually ended up as practice for the rescue boat.
