I did this at Kurnell on 5th January. A bad landing on the water after a mis-timed jump. It would have been a lot worse if not for the help of the Kurnell crew (KKK)

mate , with my eye that looks like a leg of lamb, are we cooking it for the bbq.

boys and girls and rrh's , we are definitely going ahead with the beach party for graeme and his bung foot, rain, hail or shine. bring some cold beer . there will be gitars and sangin and good time to be had by all. and as an extra attraction for marcel ( uber, im so scared of sharks ) pandher , there is a pack of bull sharks cruisin up and down the river, sighted by local fisherman tonight.
if there is some wind we can test the nerve of the kiting fraternity, see you all on the water[}:)] col

Hey KIT33R .. noice work on the foot there. Have you tried Lucas's Paw Paw cream? I've had some nasty cuts/gashes in my feet from reefs, and the skin on the foot tends to be really dry and the skin doesn't heal so good.

The paw paw stuff is unbelievable .. somehow keeps the tissue 'alive' while healing. It's in a red tub from chemists and you'll be astonished how well it makes skin heal.

Oh.. and the best bit. It's water proof! I was trying spray on bandaids, savalon, waterproof bandaids .. nothing worked. In the end, a good splotch of paw paw, a pad, then some strapping and perfection. Hours on the water and the injury is protected. The oil in the paw paw keeps water from getting to the wound.

Thanks Laurie I'll get some. I'm taking Vitamin C and zinc and some silicon stuff which is good for connective tissue, lots of pain killers and anitbiotics. And plenty of concrete.

Well we did it!!

A fun time was had by all - the weather held off for the first few hours and we had blue sky!! This shortly all changed, but thanks to the Cabrinha marque' we survived.

Thanks to all who made the effort to come and say g'day to Graeme,

Catch you on the water.....Chris

steve mcdogfight, thanks for bringing ur bbq and cab cabana.
it was good to see gra out and about, i know from my own experience with my accident that cabin fever gets u down.

It really was amazing how it was all blue sky and nice SE wind at Dolls but it was dark clouds and rain North of us and in the city.
How cool was that busker that the NSWKBA crew provided, he has some serious impersonation skills and is a great juggler eh?
Yeah it was a great night, great to see Graham coax his dog into a mega dogfirght with Richies tractor dog, made me wake up a bit!! Lol's

Lets do it again soon.

Cya and

Goodwinds

Thanks guys for a good feed and few laughs. The dog fight topped it off. Mine needs to work on his footwork a bit while Richie's needs to not lead with her head so much. Next time how about we do it Indo style
