did anyone else see that red kite fly away (about 100metres) from someone launching around the brighton carpark end?
not a very good advertisement really lol.
just wondering what went wrong and shouldn't the person have been attached to the kite in some way?
it's lucky it wasn't more southerly in that it could have landed in the more populated main area of scabs where there was still a fairly big crowd. (instead landed in the dunes somewhere)

quite possibly....
i was out in the water at the time so not 100% sure but got a very good view of it flying through the air out of control and landing in the dunes.
