Delamination of your board, valves coming off your new kite, Stress points on your struts causing wear, defects in Q Releases all have been covered by various kite companies in my time, some easier than others.

The B&$! lifetime warranty (I feel like an ABC journalist), says fair and reasonable, and N@%!)& warranty for 3 years covers the issues above. It is fair and reasonable for a kite company to question the scratches on the leading edge where the exploded leading edge occured. FFS this is a sport where you land hard and if you cant fly your kite properly you smash it on various things besides water. I think most kite companies come to the party when things go wrong IF your claim is reasonable, some people arent. This is used to be an exteme sport and required hardening up of princesses. Please flame away

a board tearing a nut insert is hardly unreasonable! And to top it off dave a staff member from your local store w**dys witnessed it and backed up my claim to b$3% but the board manufacturer couldn't be bothered! Iv learnt my lesson and wont buy that brand again! as for harding up i doubt you would say that down the beach

Sorry, this is why we lock kangaroo court topics about warranty claims - forums aren't the place to do it, as you'll end up in more arguments here than what the original claim was about.
