g'day, just a quick question as what is the best way to land your kite when on you own. I have had trouble mostly on gusty days and would like some advice from experienced kiters.
PS: using a crossbow 2 if anybody wanted to know

there are a few ways to land your kite solo. First; stand in the shallows and pop your safety flaging the kite. then hand over hand make your way to your kite. Bit messy.

second, bring kite to edge of window, when about two meters from the ground, stear kite into ground so leading edge hits beach, then the kite corner that is closer to you, pull on it. Thus bringing the kite to face into wind. Caution, dont try second witha C kite

Cheers mate,
I have often used the "messy" water method and its is quite tedious to retrieve.
I'll give the land method a go.
I understand that the kite will basically be facing leading edge foward but upside down or rght way up?
Thanks again for the advice I appreciate it.
