Well done Carl, It's initiative like this from the WA crew that will make this event the cracker we want it to be.
The weather is even cooperating (late summer). I'm forecasting a steady 17knots by 12:00pm on the Friday. An early 15-18knots on the Saturday building to 25knots by 3:00pm. Sunday no wind until 12:00pm but a steady 17knots again right through.
Gav, I understand the registration forms have not been issued yet ?can you email me with them ASAP so I can complete them without delay for shannon and the rest of us...
There are no flys on BEST. You see how BEST has hi-jacked KITESTOCK ? .....it's already morphing into BESTSTOCK. That's marketing.
I'm thinking a really cool kite event would be one that provides a series of corporate tents, each one being represented by a kite brand and displaying cool gear and arranging demos.
And some wind and waves and butter-smooth flats would be groovy too.

Then KITESTOCK is going to be a "really cool" event!
We're working hard to make Kitestock more than just "another" kiting event.
Our aim is to bring kiters together and give them some of best conditions to kite in as well as giving them the opportunity to demo equipment/products from different manufacturers.
We're planning on having the Kitestock website up and running in the next week which will have more details.
As part of any corporate tent land at kitestock we have to donate gear toward the winnings in one of the events, we would have done it anyways even if no one had asked
I'm not sure who's comming up as were the only ones who have been vocal about it. I hope all the other brands do send a representative u,p as it will be a good opertunity for all...
