Warning ..... Saw 2 nice specimans no more than 50m off shore while kiting on Sunday. Fish were jumping by the north point and there was a big shadow under them then a little later saw a fin about 20cms out of the water. I wasn't the only one to spot them either.
Lol I swear to god Queens has more nasties swimmin around there than any other beach in Brisbane lol.... I remember the huge Rays and fish and sharks and stonefish etc from my Windsurfing days lol
WARNING...yesterday I was walking in the street and saw 2 brown dogs. Brown dogs have been known to bite people. Statistically brown dogs bite people more often than sharks.
I RECOMMEND EVERYONE STAY OF THE STREETS, THE WATER IS FAR SAFER.
