I think these guys are smoking something different to everyone else
Those are trippy boards who wants to make an idiot out of themselves buy think those boards can even do anything.

any one cane make a board like that this doesn't mean they should

P.S. If you want a decent plank like those just take the support out of your bed.

Those boards might be ok. I made a trick ski out of two bits of marine ply glued together over a couple of bits of dowel for a rocker,
Then I put a coat of fibreglass over it . I took the bindings off my factory made ski,put them on my home made one and thats where they have stayed for the last ten years.
I want to try kiting with it one day but its not much bigger than a skateboard deck and i've only been kiting for a few months so i'll leave it for a while yet

Yeah thanks AP just annoys me when our own kind bag inflatables/ foils or directionals/twintips etc. I found none of this when I windsurfed just people out there doing it and helping someone who was struggling. there are some i have met like this but it is deffinetly not the norm. This is the only way our great sport will survive and prosper.

Listen, it's our job to criticize the avant-guard until their innovations prove successful to the point where everyone else is using them. Then it's our job to buy said innovative gear. This is all we have to do, abide by the ethos of "If I have to explain it you won't understand." Is this really that complicated?

Just stand on rubber rings .Also works on ski slopes. As to attitude in sports it kills it ,dont do it and enjoy .After all its only a bit of cloth some string and hopefully a bendy plank .

Hey guys, ply boards don't have to look like that. A ply (2 3mm sheets), styrofoam epoxy board can have shape, rocker, flex, strength light enough (2.7kg) and look good, depending on your attitude to finish.(acrylic spray Super Cheap) Source it out and they'll only set you back $120 a board, even less if you buy enough for 2 or 3. I've made many and you work on better ways and ideas with each board. And hey if it's a dog, go again. (6to 7 hours work. curing time for resin not included, Power sander, drill necessary if you're smart ).Only $120 straps pads included. Don

I cant think of anything cooler than turning up on a beach everyone laughing at a bit of ply then giving them hell . Soon keeps them quite. To all self builds ,way to go whatever materials used . To all posers,UP YOURS.Oh and boards not looking like that ,who cares!
First skateboard ,one rollerskate and a Beano anual.

Done deal mate… Can’t wait to see the Wello crew boost over you guys… Daz and Grommie will be looking so far down on you, you’ll need glasses to see how high up they are [}:)]

Kusu, I think it’s only you doing the ‘old school big air stuff', cuz the guys here boost high handlepasses, board offs, unhook passes and a ton more… Watch and learn when you head up mate jks
