i go out there, blowing 18-15 kts, by the time i get my kite up, (12 meter) it's 14 kts, so i packitup, and start blowing the 16 up, by the time that's up , the wind is 10 kts decreasing..... i packup go home, look out the window, and its at 15 again.... i HATE winter
