I reckon the biggest problems on the ramp would be
1. having the exact wind direction needed,
2. going downwind on the jump may mean that you would not land on the ramp after a jump,.
no big dramas either way though if youre the one willing to try it .....

, although im not sure that a 3.5m would give you that slow a landing from 5 metres up compared to a 12m or similar, if you left the ramp area and landed on the flat.
could hurt a bit.
