Do they exist? Im not the most talented handy man but id be happy to chip in funds to see one built in this neck of the woods. Ive got an old tinny we could build it on. Anyone keen to make it happen?

Are you guys on the north side or the south side? We've got an awesome pipe at Kurnell that we use for sliders but we keep breaking the stands or they go missing. Luckily the pipe weighs about 150-200kg so the chances of anyone running away with it are pretty slim.

It's 11m long and with 2 stands you can make it solid enough to carry someone from end to end without bending.

Here's a picture of what we've been doing with it. It lasts forever, this is about 3-4 years ago

If someone helps with the stands I'm happy to provide the pipe, I'm just running out of wood

lm a floater kiting both north and south, never sampled kurnell before though. Id be amped to get the pipe happening again. The dolls/brighton side of Botany could be a pain to set one up as its gets really deep really fast. After watching this (
) i was about to build a box for summer time snowboarding fun (with the help of some icerink shavings and astro turf) but i might transfer my energies to a kite feature.

I've tried this before with a few bags of ice, big planks of wood and sheets of metal.

My tip is don't try to make a down ramp that's only 8 inches wide and 2m off the ground. Grass isn't that soft from that high up.

Miles is also building up a box for the water, as far as I know it's nearly ready. He's just waiting to build the deck of it so needs something slidy to stick on the top of it.
