Just a reminder to all....the Slingshot Freestyle Clinic proudly presented by Adventure Sports and Kitesurf Australia, Noosa, is a goer this weekend coming, 14th and 15th Feb.

We have tried to contact all riders who came to the last one, if you have not been contacted and are keen to join us, please ring the Shop this week or PM me.
Anyone who did not attend the last one and wants in, please do the same, the Shop number is 07 54556677.

The forecast looks like we will have southerlies so the lake is prob going to be our option. We will meet at 11am at Adventure Sports, Noosaville and take it from there.

Andy Yates will be on hand to povide those riders looking for super technical riding tips and we will have a few rippers doing demo type riding for teaching purposes.
We may even have a couple of equipment surprises on hand as well!

Looking forward to seeing everyone and meeting new riders.

Cheers, Chris Wardell

Crew

New start time for Saturday is 10am sharp, at the shop. Expecting southerlies so we hope to get the paperwork squared away & get out there asap.

As the lake has no shops you'll need to bring your lunch or buy it before.

Seeya then,

Chris.

A big thank you to all the riders who attended this weekends freestyle clinic. Especially the crew who came down from Townsville, awesome but apologies we did not get the wind! Again we got snipered by poor weather. A special thank you is needed to the following:

George and Fiona at Adventure Sports for their tireless efforts and enthusiasm

Dave and Michelle from Slingy drove all the way up from Slingy HQ in Newcastle to help, not to mention having the new RPM kite for all us to demo (if there was wind)

Andy Yates, gave up his weekend to help, thank you

Andy Blythe for all your work throughout, cheers

The next step from here is: We will be running a cable/kiteboard camp in May/June. This will be a three day intensive program involving camping on the shore of the cable park and long days full of activities including daily tramp sessions, yoga and board rider specific fitness, kicker and slider sessions, flat water trick work from basics to advanced and plenty more....stay tuned for more info

Again, thank you for the massive level of support the Slingshot Clinic serries has produced. I look forward to seeing everyone soon as we have a full Australia wide program in store for next season.

Cheers,

Chris Wardell

good work guy's, huge effort put in by all from the sounds of things.
The effort from KSA and Slingy to make these clinics happen is impressive and credit is due.
