g'day guys, Has anyone ridden a Slingshot reflex with their kite before?. I want to hit some sliders but definitely don't want to F*ck up my Jaime Pro 131. I have a Reflex 137 that I use at the cables, and since we have had no wind lately im after some reviews from people who have tried it.

yeah its sick, got the 141 2010 and rides well behind kite. deff the go for slider action. very smooth, flexi and hardly ever catches no matter how dodge the sliders are due to the chamfered edges.

will take a little bit gettin used to after riding a flat jamie pro though

crazy sick cable board!!!

any wakeboard will work as long as you got a bit of wind and enough power to keep ground on a normal board. just gota play with ur edge technique...

i ride a recoil 142 as my slider board (WORST POSSIBLE wakeboard for kiting) and i can get upwind in just as many tacks as i would on a kiteboard if i got decent power. just got to learn how to edge it, and the reflex is the best choice out of the slingy range for kiting

Hey Alex, im riding the '09 141 reflex behind the kite and at cable. its sik having the one board for both. if you usually ride the 131 Jaime then i reckon you would be able to ride in the same winds with your 137 reflex.

Go on, sell the Jaime Pro, you dont need one of those loop planks

mmm now i just need a windy day in the bay to test it. but looks like its gonna be a pretty good ride. I think ill keep the Jaime Matt. For the beaches conditions i don't think it gets any better than the Jaime unless its a Select

Lex where did you pick yours up? On the Slingy website it says they are OS. Im really keen to get one once Ive saved some coin.

Balmoral Boards in Narrabeen rob. Talk to Nathan or Andrus there and they should be able to help you out. Really good cable board.
