Hey Fellas,

I recently bought a new T3 11m to replace my older T2.
I have followed the destructions on converting the bar and bridle to a 1:1 ratio as the 2:1 is a bit heavy. I thought that this change would make the kite turn faster but it hasn't. The bar is a whole lot lighter which is good but it still turns like an old moll.
I have experimented moving everything back out to the tips and various other combinations with no luck. I either end up with no power at all or completely over powered resulting in some scary turns back to the beach and a harness up under my chin.

Do I just accept the fact that the T3 is a slow kite especially in an 11m or am i missing something?

Cheers in advance,

Morg

Hey Morg.. if you google reviews on the T3 they all seem to say that they turn a bit slower on 1:1 but you do get lighter bar pressure.. the way i see it my T3 11 mtr is almost as powerfull as my switchblade 14 mtr yet it turns a lot quicker.. so if you look at it that way its not so bad.. also my T3 11 is much lighter in the bar than my T2 11.. so man up me boy cos you have an awsome kite and when its blowin 13 knots and everyones out on there 14s you can do half the pumpin and put up your 11.. Thanks mate. I'll start on the "man up" exercises and just enjoy the grunt the T3 has.

Thanks for your response mate,

Cheers
