Just a quick heads up to let riders know that three Slingshot International Team Riders are in Perth at the moment. Ruben Lenten, Jeff Tobias and Kazumi Nangou.

All three will be at Wind Force on Saturday Morning and Choice Kitesurfing in the afternoon ahead of getting back out on the water.

Jeff is traveling the world doing demo’s and showing the NEW Turbo2, which is a full bow style Slingshot kite. He will be available to talk about the T2 and answer any questions. Straight out of the bag…..,100% de-power and 100% safety, totally bomb proof with legendry Slingshot construction, superior bar simplicity and functionality, best in class stability both on the water and on the beach!!! Ideal for riders of all skill levels. Come check it out.

Ruben And Kazumi are Fuel riders and are here to spread the word on the latest Fuel which is totally awesome!!! By far the best Fuel to date......all the goodies that the regular Fuel riders expect with a stack of surprises which is attracting a whole new bunch of converts.

i loved my fuel, rode the "06 turbo diesel & didn't think it did slingshot any justice. Spent a bit of time on the link, with and without the red bridle, thought even less of this effort. Hope slingshot have got their sh1t together with the new turbo 2. 3 strikes and your out in my book. although the fuel still rocks so they can **** up the others i guess.

I find it funny when people take a dig and say negative stuff and always begin with 'no offence' or 'not wanting to brand slash' and then proceed to do exactly that.
messing around with an 07 fuel for 1min and you've decided it's worse than the 06 fuel. please, that's bull
i seriously think you've overestimated your abilities if you think that. i'm also sure a very very high majority of people who have the 07's will feel this way.

I'll vouch for the 9m link. I have it on red bridles and it RIPS.

Anyone that wants to demo one can call me on 0438 388892.

It takes me ages to get used to a new kite, and at least a full session to have a proper try of an unfamilliar kite. Could the knockers please actually give the object of their derision a fair go.

I'm still getting my head around the 12m link (i.e timing trannies etc), however if anyone has one that they believe is not flying properly, I'm available on the above number most afternoons at peli point to check it out.

I think ALL kite manufacturers should actually read the bull**** theyre ALL claiming. No wonder most riders are full sceptics when reading the ads and blurb....
Every kite is the best in the performance category...
All seem to have 100% depower...
Many seem to be BOMB proof...(anyone got some explosives to test this lie out)
A lot seem to be 100% safe????
Most are a better refinement in last years stuff
Most seem to be talking crap
AND most experienced riders would never buy a kite without demoing one first as they take this unsophisticated marketing crap with the grain of salt it deserves.
Sure kite technology is exponentially improving and a lot of the 07' kites are excellent but there is a kite for your ability, height, weight and development. It might not be and 07'.
