Hi all just a quick note on the Monkey Mia Choice Escape for August 6th-13th.
we have just had a couple of seats become available for intermediate and advanced riders, also one seat for a beginner.
if you are intersted in some great winter kitesurfing action give me a call to reserve your seat.

hey choicey,

I'm flying 9 guys up there for a weekend of fishing on the 6th. I arrive late in the arvo of the 6th and dont leave till late on the 7th... I'm taking my gear with me (kites ETC). So I'm definately up for a session... You want the slider to take with you ?

ok I get the hint... It's all yours for the trip...

I'm not sure where I'm staying in denham, one of those hotels i'm sure... as long as it has a mini bar and room service i'm happy...

but sunday where ever your heading if you can pick me up ? Count me in for a session...

Yip we get both up there , the southeasterly in the morning cranks 20+ kn perfect sideshore, then the seabreeze comes in after lunch , cross onshore 15 + kn . flat water waist deep. and now with a slider, I cant wait!

Hey Graham,

I'm booked on the bus for the trip on the 6th (Allan), you're up there this week aren't you? how's the wind been? Have been watching the graphs and it looked as though there were a lot of red arrows ?

Yo Lozza, any idea where the wind meter for shark bay is??
I thought it was at the airfield between Denham and Monkey Mia,

oh choice bro enjoy!
ok as i thought, so i would say readings from SE to SW will show less on the graphs than whats happening on the water .. due to the location of the airstrip (10km inland )

Aloha all
Saturday se 15-18 til middle of the arvo, couldn't kite had *hit to do. Sunday, up early, kited 2 hours on the se 15kts, went for a beery lunch then it swung south and had another 1 1/2 hours with a mate who's leaving for points north. Ooo I've got that sore feeling again and it feels gooooood! Oh yeah, that was the weekend wind report for Denham in sunny Shark Bay.

Lurch, I'm not comming upto Shark bay till the following weekend now... I will send up the Hellfish with choicey...

I'll send up the kite and the bar i've been flying it on... I'll show choicey how hard to pump it up etc etc etc, so you wont have to fumble around with it...

Thanks heaps mate, looking forward to giving it the big try out. Wind has been unreal here all week, had a great kite in Denham on Tuesday arvo on my 10, fully lit right thru til sunset. Se has been unreal every morning, Monkey was 25 kts yesterday in the morning, all I could do was sit in my office and dream of getting out there. Same this morning, around the corners gotta be 20 kts at the moment, damn this work concept!!
Give me a call when you get up here, would be good to hook up and go for a kite, pity you won't be here when Choiceys up, those guys always provide a bit of humour.
How do you get the company to pay for your kiting, I want your job!!
