For all the good it will do it will take less time than waiting on a response from the Australian distributor. That has been my experience with them anyway.

I am sorry to hear you had a bad experiance with your warranty claim, I personally handled your warranty and have all the details on hand, which I am happy to forward you personally.
Unfortunately in this case after first contact from the retail outlet (April 10) we received the required information (application & photos) to execute the warranty on 17 April once we received this your warranty was complete April 18 and and the spare part sent.
