With the cost of lift tickets going up again, I am thinking that I might have a go at snow kiting for a bit of a change this winter.
Last year I saw someone try it not far from the Perisher car park, but it looked like a terrible spot. I thought there might be some nice places back country...
Anyone found any good places to snow kite in Australia?

I have been contemplating the same thing actually. Lift tickets are just getting out of hand. Might have to buy a smaller kite for snowkiting though? I have no idea what the winds are like in the Snowys. I had always cursed them prior to taking up kiting :)
