Anyone scored early snow in switzerland or france late october early november?.

This is at the very start of the snow season and particularly the places which are good for snow kiting normally get snow later in the season (e.g. Engadin). You might get lucky but for example last year there was hardly any snow until end of Jan.

Yeah but those were the good old days.

Due to climate change you'll find it either snows a tonne in the wrong area, and at the wrong time.

Make sure you plan ahead and know where it's really going to be good. Check out the SKD guys on utube or their website. They are snow kite nazis and know where it's good. Do your homework.

I went there in 2009 and it was prestine. But I too went too early (only a few days) and borrowed a land board to make up time. So be prepared.

Early November is unrealistic ..... the last few winters the snow came late (in Switzerland). Mid-January to mid-March is good time.
